At the present time the Facilities services Union represents 42 classified employees at Lincoln Land Community College.
As with all Unions we negotiate wages, hours, and conditions of employment for it's membership, however one of the main reason workers need a union is to gain protection against unfair and unjust discipline that unscrupulous supervisors hand out. A Collective Bargaining Agreement is the only protection workes have against such supervisors.
